Hiru Corp. signs LOI with a Revenue Generating E-Commerce Retailer and Distributor

As demand continues to grow for high-quality household fixtures and kitchen appliances at competitive prices, the business aims to provide consumers and professionals in the home improvement  industry with exceptional customer service, fast order fulfillment, and competitive prices.

The merging company began in 2017 on Amazon.com as a Third-Party Merchant, focusing on selling discounted Home Improvement products, including fixtures, tools, and other home and garden items. Today, the company is a distributor for many of the nation's largest brands in lighting, plumbing fixtures, and large appliances.

Freight & warehouse services. We offer warehousing and distribution. By executing the pick and pack on-site, we offer a more efficient turnaround with built-in distribution and total flexibility end to end.

The merging company is an authorized dealer and distributor for the home improvement industry's largest brands in lighting, plumbing fixtures, and large appliances.

Their retail online store was launched in spring 2020 to expand the company's customer base beyond online marketplaces and to establish a presence in the professional sector.

The merging company recently opened its first retail showroom in Sarasota, Florida. As their reputation is further established among consumers and professionals, more showrooms will be opened throughout Florida and California, where the business currently maintains its operations nationwide. These showrooms will service retail consumers in their communities as well as act as independent design centers for builders, contractors, interior designers, property managers, and home flippers.

Our Global revenues currently average $4 Million Annually.

Moving forward in 2023, the Company plans on appointing new management, including independent board advisors. 

The merging company is currently finalizing the logistics with the interim HIRU management on the transition stage. The primary line of business of HIRU will be e-commerce and distribution of home fixtures and appliances. We (incoming management and current interim HIRU management) are mindful that HIRU has a long loyal water bottling company following. The Company is positioning itself to continue operating both the water and the e-commerce/distribution model as 2 separate entities. News and announcements on both the water and e-commerce/distribution operations will be reported separately, and revenues will be reported on a consolidated basis.
